The group spent this meeting fine-tuning the app and beginning to get feedback on its design and layout and functionality. Adrian spent the week trying to fix a few of the bugs that still remained in the app which seemed to be affecting the transition of the image slideshow. Vicki was finishing the animations, she had rendered new images for the slideshow and had created buttons to show the user that some of the content were links. James continued to design the print package, using some of the newly rendered apartment images. The group would all write up their own evaluations and email the through to James who would also put together the final client presentation for next week.

Week Twelve
Almost there!
James
produced the written content for all apartments and other pages which Adrian
added to the app. Vicki produced the layouts for the other pages within the app
and the group developed these throughout the meeting, Vicki would develop these
further for the next meeting. Adrian had produced some ‘electric lime’ key ring
designs which he showed to the group. Vicki completed the rendering of the
final apartment and Adrian added all new content to the app. The group also
decided to change the contact button design and functions to utilities. Vicki
would complete all animations for the next meeting and render all apartment
images out to a higher quality. James showed the group everything he had
produced for the final print package (business card, letterhead and compliments
slip); all other print documents would be produced for the next meeting. The
Group decided to aim to complete the app for next week

Week Nine
Presentation of the Work in Progress to the clients.
For the presentation to the clients James had put together a power point of the development of the app design, technical work, branding, apartment concepts and print design to showcase the work so far. Adrian had developed the app so that it worked and had gathered the content so that one apartment was fully functional to show the client. The team explained in detail the development of their work and the support behind each decision that was made. Furthermore, the team had carried out some assessments on the app by asking others opinions and testing it. The team gained great feedback for their work in progress from the clients!
A little bit of the coding and the app as it stands at the moment!

Week Seven
The sixth meeting of the team involved all members as the ideas for the design of the app from last week were put to the one man technical team to see how feasible they actually were! Week Six
The fifth meeting of Trinum media was purely a design team meeting. The branding guidelines has been completed and had been sent over from James to Vicki to allow her to begin the layout designs for the key pages of the app. Vicki produced the initial designs during this meeting and some serious development took place. The meeting began with a reinvention of the site architecture and the team decided to try and pull away from making the app look like a website. The initial designs were extremely linear and website looking in both their architecture and style. This developed in to the taking elements from the logo to create a more organic feel within the app layout. By the end of this meeting the team's minds were frazzled but inspired and Vicki went away to work further on the layout!

Week Five
The fourth meeting of the minds of Trinum Media was a meeting of serious logo design. James had created the first draft of the logo and the team then began to develop this in to the final one! The development of the logo meant the team had to get back to basics and ensure they remembered the message and style of the branding of 'Electric Lime.' It was also in this meeting that the colours of the app and logo were finalised and the branding guidelines began to take place. In this session Adrian had created the skeleton app and had started to fine tune the elements to ensure they would work with some of the ideas the design team (Vicki and James) had had thrown at him!
